Lamine Yamal said he spotted an opportunity to try a feint near the byline after repeatedly seeing defenders throw themselves down to block his route. The Barcelona forward said those moments can create a small opening, and he was pleased that the move worked during the club's 4-1 Champions League win away to Galatasaray. Yamal supplied two assists in Istanbul and described feints as an important way of making room when defenders stay tight. He said the purpose is not simply to produce a highlight but to help Barcelona find the space needed to attack. The teenager also spoke confidently about the team's standards, saying Barcelona regard themselves as one of the world's best sides. Barcelona are due to continue their Champions League campaign next week, with Yamal's form and creativity again likely to be central to their attacking plans.
